Joseph Mbevi Nyamai

We regret to announce the untimely death of Joseph Mbevi Nyamai son of the late Mr and Mrs Nyamai Nguku which occurred on 31st July 2019.

Loving husband of Annah Wausi. Father of Joseph Mutava, the late Sabinah Kimweli, Margaret Kanini, Scolar Timothy (KNH), Rabecca Mule (Kavuthu Health Center), Hon. Patrick Mbevi (MCA Kilungu Ward Makueni County), Pastor Emily Mutiso and Mary Mumo.

Father-in-law of Susan Mutava, Miriam Patrick, Timothy, Pastor Daniel, Mulinge. Son-in-law of the late Mr and Mrs Katua Ngulu.

Brother of the late Paul Kioko, Esther Kiio, Agnes Muasa and the late David Mwololo. Step-brother of the late Mutungi, the late Mwongeli, the late Mbiki, the late Mbenge, the late Kavose, Munai, the late Kilungu and Kalondu.

Grandfather of Stephen, Patricia (KNH), Jacinta, Isaac, Sarah, Derrick, Aron, Kelvin, Alvin, Faith, Nduku, Melvin, Bruno, Stephanie, Blessing and Daiji (Rock Field Academy, Nairobi), among others. Great-grandfather of Precious, Justin and Evans.

Family members are meeting every day at Garden Square, Nairobi, from 5.00pm, Kenol Nunguni and at his home Ndiani village for funeral preparations.

The cortege will leave Chiromo Mortuary, on 9th August, 2019 for funeral service at Katulye Primary school playing ground at 11.00am and thereafter burial on the same day at his home Ndiani Village, Ndiani Sub-location, Kithembe Location, Kilungu Ward, Makueni County.
