It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Joseph MuteaAmai , born in I 945 KarembuneVillage,Thuura, Meru County and promoted to glory on 17th November 2017 following a short illness.
Son of the late John Amai and the late Sylvia Katheru. Husband of Esther Kagwiria and Margaret Karwirwa. Brother of Sophia Kamba, Ntiringa, Rebecca and the late Cypriano Muraura. Father of Angelina (Mombasa), Nthamburi (Nairobi), Rosalia (Stage Market), Paul Karagania (Gikomba), Phylis Gakii (Meru), Albert (Maua), Richard (Maua), Samuel (Meru), Edward (Gikomba), Kirema (Kamukunji), Koome (Kamukunji). Grandfather and great father of many.
Friends and relative are meeting daily at his home Ruriine, Giaki Meru County.
The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Thursday 23rd November 2017 at 6:00am for a burial service at his home Ruriine, Giaki Meru County at 11.00 am.

Dear family of Mr. Amai,
How comforting it is to know that Jehovah the God of all comfort will eliminate all grief.
2 Corinthians 1:3, 4- Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.’
He will then provide permanent consolation when ‘all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out,’ (John 5:28, 29)
