Joseph Parsane Orumoy

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Joseph Parsane Orumoy which occurred on 12th May 2019 after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Peter Metuo Orumoy and Mary Metuo Orumoy. Beloved husband of Naomi Bokayo Orumoy and father of Judy Bokayo, Rosemary Resiato, Christine Sintoyia, Gladys Nashipae, Rhoda Maren, and James Dae. Loving grandfather of Siamanta, Jerry, Jason, Naomi, Jaliyah, Jayden, Parsane and Jamal as well as great grandfather of Maren. Brother of Gladys, Jonah and Florence Orumoy as well as the late James, Joshua, Joel and Jason Orumoy and many step brothers and sisters. Father in law of Daniel Morinke, Robert Kamuhia, Richard Nyagechi and Mohamed Sheriff.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 5pm at the family home in Ngong, Jonah Orumoy’s residence in Entarara, Oloitokitok and Mozel Motors on Workshop road, Nairobi at 6pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

He will be laid to rest on Saturday 18th May at his farm in lsinya, Kajiado County. The cortege leaves Umash Funeral home at 8am and the service begins at 10.30am at his resting place.
