It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Dad/Grandfather Joseph Shikuku Omiya on Wednesday. 24th October 2018 at his home Siaya Anduro village

Son of the late Okinja Omiya Adhiambo and Lorna Oloo. Loving Husband of Margaret Awuor Shikuku and Father of Cosmas, Michael, Elizabeth, Mary, Vincent, the late Hellen, Erick, the late Awino, Peter and Moses. Father in-law of Eliza. Grandfather of Sarah, Martha, Emmanuel, Naomi, Walter, Yvonne, Christabel, Trezer, Vince, Edel, Eddrun, Tom, Beryl, Emmanuel, Flora, July, M Yvette, Lynn, Rodney, Vincentious, Michelle, Sam, Leo, Megg, Brian, Joseph, Wayne, Mark, Daniel, Kyc, Avant, Angel and Leucia. Father in law of Judy, Ann, Ray, Dan, Sarah, Grace, Jane, Lucy and Immaculate.

Friend and family members have been meeting at Garden square and at his residence in Ruaraka Riverside.

There will be a last fund raising to be held on the 6th November 2018 from 5pm.

The cortege will leave Bama mortuary Siaya on the 8th November for Night vigil prayers and will be laid to rest at his home Siaya – Anduro on the 9th November 2018.
