Josiah M. Njiru, Principal HR Management Officer, State Dept for Vocational and Technical Training

The Ministry of Education regrets to announce the passing on Mr. Josiah M. Njiru, Principal Human Resource Management Officer at the State Department for Vocational and Technical Training on 12th December, 2020 after a short illness.

He was the loving husband to Jane Njiru, loving father to Greg Muthomi Mbogo. He was the son of Njiru Kariavu and Charity Njiru of Muchagori Village, Manyatta Kianjokoma, Embu County.
He was brother to the late David Njiru, Hellen Matoke, Jacob Njiru, Ruth Munithi, Moses Njiru, Rebecca Nyaga, Rachael Ndirangu, Peter Njiru, Phillis Mwangi, John Njiru, Charles Njiru and Regina Kinyua.

Uncle to Doreen Kinyua, Abednego Matoke, Caleb Niiru, Winnie Muriithi, Anderson Mucira, Wambui Nyaga, Mark Muchangi, Brenda Mwangi, Nyakio Mutemi, Angel Kinyua among others. Grandfather to Jeff, Ryan and Bob. Brother In law to Paul Njiru among others.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Mortuary on Tuesday 22nd December, 2020 for burial at Muchagori Village, Manyatta Kianjokoma, Embu County.

It’s God who gladly gave us Josiah and He called him home. His name be glorified.
