Josphat Kimani Wachira

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Josphat Kimani Wachira of Kasarani Mwiki, which occurred on 4th March 2023.

Son of the late Mathew Ngethe Kagundu and the late Sarah Wangui. Son-in-law to the late Dishon Weru and the late Gladys Wanjiru.

Husband to Pheris Wairimu Kimani. Father to Geofrey Kuria, Janet Njeri, Sarah Wangui, Martin Wachira, Eveline Wangui, Gladys Wanjiru, Samuel Wachira, Simon Weru, Margeret Njeri and (Ann Wangui Kuria).

Father-in-law to Florence Nyambura and Grace Gakuha.

Brother to Margaret Njeri, James Nganga, Dennis Mbugua, Ruth Wanjiru, the late Grace Mboo and David Kuria. He was a grandfather to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence in Mwiki Kasarani.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home on Friday 10th March, 2023 at 10.00am, followed by funeral service at Lang’ata Cemetery and thereafter the burial will be held at the same place.

2nd Timothy 4:7 — “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
