It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the death of Josphine Kemunto Nyobendo.

Daughter of Agnes Kwamboka and the late Achiki. Loving wife of Paul Nyobendo Makana. Mother of John (Eabl), Esther (Kenya Police), Edina (Tsc), Ruth (USA), Ann (PATH), David (Oasis) and Vivian (Student). Grandmother of Novisjoy, Joan, Netia, Lucia and Liam. Sister of Beatrice, Obri, Mboya, Peter, Nyachienza, Nyanchera and the late Araka among others. Auntie of Fred, Jane, Victor, Janet, Finniey, Lucy, Lydia, Elizabeth, Makana, Nyarunda, Phane among others. Cousin of Jerusha, Peris, Moses, Josphine, David, Rioba, Kerongo, Moraa, Ndege, Hanah among others.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Kitengeia, Garden Square and at Gesabakwa Village.

The cortege leaves Shalom Funeral Home on Thursday 12th March 2020 for overnight vigil at her Gesabakwa home – Esani and burial on Friday 13th March 2020.

We loved her but God loved her more.
