It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Joyce Kavengi Mwatu on 22nd February, 2019.

Loving daughter of Benjamin Mwatu and Mary Mutune. Mother of Samantha Mueni and Francis King’ola. Sister of the late Elizabeth, Janet, late Teresia, Gladys, Charity, Mbuku, and David. Cousin of Musili, Mutethya, Masaa, Victor, Kyala, David, Kaswongwa, Karisa, Faith, Muthengi, Ndwene, Mbuku, among others. Niece of the late Kiseli, Mutui, Musymi, Martha, Mbuthyie, Felistus,Tabitha, Kitondo, Makaa, Kivivya, John, Muasa, Kamola, among others. Sister in-law of Makaa, Mwende, Nicodemus, Savali, Munyoki and Mwendwa. Auntie of Mary, Faustina, Benjamin, Beth, Brian, Unny, Faith, Riziki, George, Tatu, Aurellan, Havey, Mutune and Angelina. Grandma of Joy, Shawn, and Hailey.

Friends and relative are meeting daily at her father’s home in Migwani (Mwingi) Kitui County. The main fund raising to carter for funeral expenses will be held on 28th February 2019 at Garden Square.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Saturday 2nd March, 2019 7.00 am .Burial and funeral services will take place at kwa-NzulwaVillage, Migwani-(Mwingi) Kitui County from 10.00am.
