It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of julliet Kangai Mutegi of Nation Media Group which occurred on 02/09/2017 after a short illness. She was formerly of Safaricom.

Beloved daughter of Phinius Mutegi Rugane and Priscillah Ciamwari Mutegi of Karururno-Kyeni South, Embu. Sister of Samuel Muthomi Mutegi, Mutegi-Advocate, Wanja Mutegi and sister-in-law of Oxsana Muthomi. Doting aunt of Angel Nicholas and Adam Nyange. Niece of Jasper Ngai Rugane, Ann-joy Murugi, Wilson Nyaga Rugane, Enid Mikui, Agnes Ciambaka, Enos Kirimi, Mbae Rugane, Gitari Mieri, Margaret Ciamururu, Evangeline Ntutuni, Evalyn Kagendo, Julliet Ciamwari Silas, Mary Kageni among others. Cousin of Gitonga Mbaka, Kirimi Joseck, Lewis Kamwithi, Samuel Mwiti,Amy Kathomi, Jonathan Njue, Christine Kawira, Mutugi Rugane, Mukami Mbae, Gatakaa Julliet among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting on Wednesday and Thursday at C.I.T.A.M Valley road, Minor Hall No.2 at 5.30 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements and daily at her residence in Imara Daima MG Crescent Hse No 115 and at Karurumo village, Kyeni South Embu county. There will be a fundraising on Thursday 07/09/2017 at C.I.T.A.M Minor Hall No.2. There will be a memorial service on Friday 08/09/2017 at 10.00 am at the C.I.T.A.M Valley road. The funeral will be on Saturday 09/09/2017 at Karurumo village, Kyeni South Embu county.
