It is with uttermost sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the untimely demise of our beloved Karen Kanorio Kithinji of Vegro (K) Limited. A wife, mother, daughter, cousin, aunt and friend. Which occurred on 4th February, 2021.

Daughter to the Late Mr. lsaack Kimonye and Late Judith Nthiira. Wife to Haron Kithinji Gikunda. Mother to Kingsley Gitonga and stepmother to Robinson Mwenda. Daughter-in-law to Mr. Charles Gikunda (Muthee) and Harriet Gikunda of Kibori Sawmills Kibirichia. Sister to Late Maingi, Karimi and Simon, Murithi and Kinya, Edward, Murianki and Faith, and Mutea. Beloved auntie to many. Sister In-law to Kanyiri and Mwenda, Jeffa, Kimathi and Fridah, Karimi, and Muthomi. She is cousin to many.

Funeral arrangements are being held daily at her husband’s home in Kimbo, Kibirichia.

The cortege leaves Kiirua Mission Hospital Mortuary, on Wednesday 10th February, 2021 at 9:00am for a funeral service and burial at her home in Kimbo Sub location, Kibirichia Location, Buuri East Sub County of Meru County.

Give not up thy heart to sadness but drive it from thee and remember the latter end: Dance with the angles Karen!
