Kennedy Muimi Mwendakau

It is with humble acceptance that we announce the passing to glory of Kennedy Muimi Mwendakau. He was a KDF officer on duty who met his untimely death during the Lamu Al Shabaab attack on KDF officers on 29th August 2018.

Beloved son of George Musyoka Mwendakau and Mary Syungo Mwendakau of Mitamisyi, Mwingi. Beloved Husband of Susan Nzambi. Father of George Mwendakau and Eliud Syengo. Beloved brother of the late Mumbe, the late Bendeta, the late Joseph, the late Florence Kalunda, the late Boniface and Regina, Michael, Wanzai, Munyambu, Lazarus and Eunice. Nephew and cousin of many who will dearly miss him.

Family and friends will conduct a fundraiser at Hot Dishes opposite Cardinal Otunga Plaza on 6th Thursday 2018 from 5.00pm.

The cortege will leave Mashujaa Funeral Home (Memorial) on 8th Saturday, 2018 for burial at his home in Ikongo village, Mitamisyi, Mwingi-Kitui County.

Kennedy you have gone but as a hero. In God’s hands you rest. In our hearts you live forever.

Give thanks whatever happens, that is what God wants for you in Christ Jesus (1Thess 5; 15).
