It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Kennedy Ochieng Mbani, on 26/09/2022 at Coptic Hospital – Nairobi. Until his demise, he was an employee of KenGen, Parklands – Nairobi.

Son of the late Nehemiah Mbani and Mama Siprosa Adere of KamasogaVillage, Kasdula Sub-Location, Central Sakwa Location in Migori County. Son-in-law to the late Steve Aduda and Judith Nyateng of Ugenya Sidindi.

Beloved husband to Sarah Aduda and Caroline Ajuala. Loving father to Melody, Lavenda, Valary, Brian, Richel, Gift and Steven.

Brother to Gershon, Moses, Yuda, Lameck, Mike, Jared, Ben, Jane, Daniel, Timon, Joshua, Robert, David, among others. Brother-in-law to Annah Jomo, the late Monica Mbani, Rachael Onyango, Addah Onyango, Monica Odeny, Ruth Jared, Anne Kaunda, Charles Mac’Regge and Betty Daniel.

Uncle to Nehemiah Mbani, Elisha Mbani, Kevin, Roney, Fred, Jomo, Willis Onyango, Silvance, Linda Quinter, Habil, Joan, Elisha Deluo, Bartel, Vera, Volka Syprose, Alex, Phiona, Philip Oyier, Roney Nowa, Sharif, Willis Odongo, Rocky, Nehemia Omollo, Okoth Yuda, Glen, Mark, Grannia, Dorca, Celestine, Irene, Cheryl, Zawadi, among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Mihango – Pelican Court, Door 13.

There will be a main fund-raising on Monday, 10/10/2022 at Professional Centre, Nairobi from 4.00pm. Funeral contributions can be chanelled to MPESA NO. 0797570898 Fiona.

The cortege leaves Montezurrp on 12/10/2022 at 2.30pm for church service at Umoja 2 SDA Church and later proceed to his residence for a night vigil. The cortege will leave Nairobi for Kokuro on 13/10/2022 for a burial ceremony that will be held on 14/10/2022.
