Lay Canon Doctor Agnes Abuom

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing away of Lay Canon Dr.Agnes Abuom Murei on 31st May, 2023.
She was daughter to the late retired assistant chief Agostino Murei Chepkwony and the late mama Jeridah Jeruto Chepkwony.
Wife to the late Dr Wilfred Abuom Ongaro, mother of Tabitha Jepkurgat Chepkwony and grandmother of Neema Jeruto Kimurei.
Family, friends, ecumenical community and well wishers are meeting daily for prayers at the All Saints’ Cathedral, Nairobi from 0530 pm on 5th June to 9th June 2023.
A Requiem Mass will be held at the All Saints’ Cathedral, Nairobi on 13th June, 2023 at 12:00 noon and burial on 15th June, 2023 in Kapseret Eldoret.
2 Timothy 4:7: I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, l have kept the faith.
This is to salute the late Lay Canon Dr Agness Abuom. She was God’s gift to Africa and a great crusader of Christian worldview. May her good works inspire the family, friends, colleagues and admirers. I salute her departed soul.
