Son of the late Daniel Okoti and the late Damary Mukholi. Beloved husband of Milca Aswani Nandwa. Beloved son-in-law of Naftali Anekea and Jenipher Olubaha. Father of Simon Okoti, Jennifer Owiye, Everlyne Mukholi, Irene Otinga, Job Anekeya, Hellen Nandwa, Jacob Amboka and Innocent Bukachi. Brother of Ambunya, Inyangala, Alakonya, John Amariat, Deborah Ayako, Keffa Tunga, Alice Ayuma, Peter Odongo, Charles Obadia, Laban Okoti, Martha Wakhungu and Jorbert Murunga.

Brother-in-law of the late Benjamin Wakhungu, Flora Nelima, Rukia, Sellah, Phylis, Joyce, Hawa , Martha Murunga.
