It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Madam Leah Moraa Onsomu which occurred on 18th June, 2021. She was born in 1950.

Daughter of the late Heradion Mosigisi and Martha Bitutu of Bonyunyu Village, Nyamira. Wife of Jones Onsomu Angwenyi of Nyabisero village, Megogo location, Marani Sub-county, Kisii County. Mother of Grace, Nyanchama, Kepha (MTRD), Margaret, Peter (KDF), Nehemiah, Eric, Nyanduko and Joash (USA).

Sister of Askah Momanyi, the late Hebisibah Ndege, Isaac Manyaga, Truphena Machooka, Yuniah Momanyi, the late Julius Binyanya, Dennis Achoki, Robin Ndemo, Eunice Nyagaka, Tom Mosigisi (USA), the late Paul, Pauline, Dorca, the late Ndege and others.

Grandmother of Bosibori, Bonface, Hellen, Mercy, Julius, Boaz, Onsomu, Obed, junior, Minax, Jones Junior, Kemuma, Victor, Flavia, Biron, Lesley, Moraa, Melody, Jane and Ezra both of USA. Great-grandmother of Raphael and Abigail.
