Leah Muthoni George (Miano)

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will we announce the promotion to glory of Leah Muthoni George (Miano), Retired Maendeleo Ya Wanawake/Red Cross in 1956 who passed on Good Friday the 3rd April, 2021.

Beloved wife of the late George Miano Kibuga. Daughter of the late Elder John Kario and Elizabeth Wanjira. Sister of the late Kigotho, Nduhiu, Rachel, Wamae, Rev. Ngare Kario and Wangeci,Wacuka, Gaceke. Mother of Grace Gitonga, James Kibuga, John Murimi, Irene Waweru, Esther Njagi, the late Margaret Wangeci ,Washington Wahome, Stanley Kigotho, Job Kimotho. Grandmother of Muthonis, Mianos, Wambui, Anthony Nderitu, Githinji, Wairuri, Wairimus and many others. Great-grandmother of Makylah, Brianah, Malik, Murimi, Wangeci and many others.

Prayers and Meetings are being held at her in Kiaruhiu Home (kiamuthumbi), Led by PCEA Church Gathaithi.

The cortege leaves Kenyan University Funeral Home at 6.00am, on 07/04/2021. Prayers for the family will be at Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 7.00am by PCEA St. Andrews Church. Thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home in Kiamuthumbi.
