Loving wife of the late Kahumburu Ndugu. Daughter of the late Kabira Migwi and the late Wangechi Gachanja. Sister of the late NguyoTheuri,Wanja, Migwi, Gachanja among others. Loving mother of Juliet Wanjiru, Felichina Wangechi, the late James Ndugu, the late Ann Nyarnbura, Professor Agnes Wanja, Anthony Mwangi and Catherine Wamuyu. Mother-in-law of Joseph Gichuguma, the late Simon Muriithi, Eunice Njeri, Ben Maara. Michael Kibui, Ann Wanjiru and the late Robinson Kibata.

Grandmother of Mugure, Gathoni, Mutahi, Gerald, Kinyumu, Simon Ndugu, Jane, Thiong’o, Murugi, Leah, Mugathuri, Maina Ndugu, Wambui, Muthoni Ndugu, Maina Muriithi, Gichuhi, Mwangi, Karugu, Njeri, Ngina, Maina Maara, Wangari, Njenga, Nicholas Mutahi, Angela Njeri, Eric Maina, Mwaniki, Clare Muthoni, Maina Mwangi, Ndung’u, Leah Ngina, Jimmy, Kamau, Njeri, Leah Kibata and Mercy. Family and Friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at her home in Matiraini Village, Kaheti.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary, Karatina on Friday 10th August 2018 at 8.00am for the funeral service at Matiraini Catholic Church, Kaheti, Mukurweini, Nyeri at 9:30am followed by burial at her Matiraini farm.
