It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing to glory of Leonard Njagi Nkware of Giakanja village, Gatua sub-location, Mitheru location.

Loving husband of the late Edith Njagi. Father of the late Mburia, Mrs Nyaga (Chogoria), Muthoni (Thimangiri), the late Sylvia, Damaris (KU), Nkonge (Mitheru) and the late Kaburu. Brother of the late Julius, Henry, Jedidah and Ndereru. Father-in-law of Nyaga, Miruri, Fred, Ngatia and Tabitha. Grandfather of Mwandiki, Kithinji, Kevin, Kim, Kananu, Brian, Kagendo, Murithi, Yvonne, Gakii and others. Great grandfather of many. Uncle of Muyia, Olive, Riungu, Kiraithe and others.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Roasters hotel, Giakanja village and Chogoria from 5pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cottage leaves K.U. mortuary on 17th August at 5.30am for burial the same day at his home Giakanja village, Tharaka Nithi County.
