It is with deep sorrow that the Board of Trustees & Management of Tourism Fund announces the sudden demise of Mr Leonard Victor Okwaro a member of staff based at the North Rift Region office – Eldoret that occurred on the 30th May, 2021.
Son to John Maber Okwaro and the late Teresa Okwaro. Beloved husband to Janet Mueni Okwaro. Father to Billy Branham, Shalom Faith, Lee Vayle, Orman Nevile, Teresa Grace. Brother to Joseph, Patrick, Agnes and Rhoda.
The burial will take place on 12th June, 2021 at his home in Bupala Village, Wakhingu Sub Location, Funyula Division, Sarnia District, Busia County.
