We are heartbroken to announce the untimely passing of our dearest lqbal, a most generous, kind and gentle man with the spirit of a lion.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife Azmina, sons Fayyaz and Aleem and daughter in-law Nabila. He was brother of Nadeem, Nasir, Nazmin, Mumtaz and Mohez. He was brother in-law of Rubina, Shellina, Alhad, Alnashir, Azim, Mehdi, Wendy, Mariam, Azim and Rayanna He was uncle of Rahirn, Shairoz, Nasreen, Zara, Tariq, Adam, AnilAyla, Shamir, Sheliza, Zahid, Tahir and the late Khalid.
The funeral service will be held at 09:00am on Saturday 30th June, 2018 at the Aga Khan Pavillion off Limuru Rd. The cortege will leave for the cemetery at 10:00am.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude and appreciation to the medical team including Dr. Majid Warshow, Dr. Nadeem Sheikh, Dr. Salim Hassanalli, Dr. Mohamed Noorani, Dr. Philip Omondi, Dr. Ahmed Twahir, Dr. Eric Murunga, Dr. Juzar Hooker for their extensive, professional and tireless efforts during Iqbal’s time at the hospital.

Just learnt that Iqbal left us, am so lost in words and so shocked, so heartbroken, Iqbal a good hearted man l know. My prayers goes to the Karmali’s family and mostly to Azmina. Azmina may our leaving God comfort your heart and give you peace during this time. Take heart it’s all in Allah’s hand. Will keep you in my prayers Azmina. Am so so sorry. My condolences goes to you and your children. May Iqbal Soul rest in peace.
