Lucy Kagwiria Mugambi

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Lucy Kagwiria Mugambi which occurred on the 7th of September, 2019 in the USA after a long and brave fight against cancer.

Daughter of the late Mr. Moses Mugambi and the late Hellen Wanja Mugambi. Step-daughter of Mrs Joyce Kairuthi Mugambi. Mother of David Methu. Sister of Susan Gaceri, Martin Kiogora, Beatrice Gatwiri and Faith Kathure. Sister-in-law of Alex Muriithi, George Nthiga, Yvonne Marie Tilus. Aunt of Kirimi, Mutuma, Mugambi, Diane, Tiffany, Murugi, Wanja, Mukiri and Ian.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday 8th October at ACK St. Matthews Church Hardy Karen at 2.00pm.

Burial will be held at her parents home in Giaki village Meru County, on 9th October, from 11.00am.

Psalm 73;26 — my flesh and my heart may fail, but my God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Kagwi your life was a blessing. Your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words. Fare thee well.
