It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Lucy Wanjiru Wambua (Wa Gachang’i) of Nyaruguma, Muguga on 7th September, 2019.

Wife of the late Philiph Wambua Matolo. Daughter of Eunice Wanjiru Njenga and the late Francis Njenga Gachang’i. Sister of Dr. Gachang’i (KU) Njambi Kabiga (Bahamas), Leonard Thiru (London), Eliud Mwaura and Mwihaki Waweru (Pesalink). Daughter in-law of Rev. Jonathan Matolo and the late Mary Ndeve Matolo. Sister in-law of Rev. Canon William Matolo, Grace Kenya, Peter Nguli, Samson Ndua, Tabitha Musili, John Mulwa, Simon Mutala, Josephine Mbithe, Betty Peter, Josephine Ndua, Jeska Mulwa, Rev Naumi Mutala among others. Loving mother of Kevin Wambua and Faith Wambua.

Friends and Relatives are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at her mother’s residence Nyanguma (Muguga) and Machakos T.Tot Restaurant.

The cortege leaves Machakos Funeral Home on 20Th Friday September, 2019 at 9:30am for burial at Ndovoini village, Kyanda Sub-location, Mua Location, Machakos County.
