It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Lusaria Mogere Gichana of Isoge Scheme which occurred on 13/8/2019 at MTRH Eldoret.

Daughter of the late Aberi Mokua Magiya and the late Kwamboka Magiya. Loving wife to John Gichana Okeyo. Mother to James, David, Grace, Omwenga, Josephine, the late Isabella, George, Robert, Bernard, Jacklyne and Alice. Sister the late Mosiara, the late Osebe, the late Nyakerario, the late Buyeke, Nyaitondi, the late Nyabei, the late Onwonga, the late Ongati, the late Ziko, the late Ondieki, the late Omboto. Sister in law to Omwonga, Magare, the late Julius, the late Tabitha, Kwamboka, the late Momanyi, Ochoi, the late Kiage, Ayiera, the late Ogeto among others. Mother in law of Alice, Wanjiru, Everlyne, Stellah, Assumpta, Nancy, Samuel, Ontita, Tom and Thomas. Korera to the late Momanyi’s, the late Kabuga’s, the late Arasa’s, Torori’s, the late Onserio and Sese and Rosa, Maroko’s, Omweri’s, the late Jeremiah and Grace, Onyacha’s and Bosire’s. Grandmother to Roselyne, Kevin, Edna, Osoro, Brian, Laura, Moraa among others.

The main fundraiser to offset the hospital bill and funeral expenses will be held on 21/8/2019 at 5.00pm Wagon Wheel Hotel Eldoret. And on 22/8/2019 at 5.00 pm at Zonic Hotel Kisii and Professional Centre Nairobi.

The cortege leaves MTRH Eidoret on 25/8/2019. She will be laid to rest on 26/8/2019 at her village, Isoge Scheme, Borabu, Nyamira County.

Mum, you fought a good fight, kept the faith and finished the race. In God’s hands you rest in our hearts you remain forever!
