It is with humble acceptance that we announce the death of Madam Ann Nakhumicha Lusweti.

Daughter of the late Festo Wekesa and the late Zipporah Sanya of the Abangachi Clan from Mihuu village. Wife of George Lusweti Namutare. Daughter in law of the late Jackson Namutare and the late Perita Namikoye of the Abakimweyi clan from Sirisia village. Mother of the late Martin, Douglas Ndinyo, Everlyn Sitawa Kathuri and the late Edward. Co-wife of Pauline Lusweti, and step mum of Brian, Sammy, Sharon, Dominic and Enock Mother in law of Christine Wambani Ndinyo and Leakey Tom Kathuri.

Sister of the late Abraham & Mary, the Late Geoffrey & Ruth, Aggrey & Florence, James Wafula & Margaret, Janet Khisa & John Khisa and Damaris Omukunda & Dan Omukunda. -Sister in law of Edith Mugonyi & Samson Mugonyi, Grace Wanyonyi & Jeremiah Wanyonyi, Johnson Namwetako & Margaret, Fanuel Murere & Margaret, Lena Mutenyo & the late Wechuli, Ben Ndinyo & Catherine. Tolometi & Josephine, Elijah Wanjala, John Mikisi, among others.

Cousin of the late Leah Sakari, Tom Wanyonyi, Fred Khakame and Others. In-law of Late Enock Wambani & the Late Dina, and the Late Peris Wanjuki & Jane Karimi Njagi. Aunt of Sharon, Dennis, Grace, the Late Naliaka, Kevin, Vivian, Aggrey, Kisaka, Biked, Sammy, Andrew, Perita and among others. Daunting grandmother to Angela, Lionel, Nick, Ian, the late Eugene, Sanya, Ashley, Sally and Annie.

Daily planning meetings are taking place at her Mbakalo residence from 2:30pm.

There will be a fundraising to offset funeral expenses on Wednesday 15th January 2020 from 10am at Mbakalo.

The cortege leaves Lugulu Mission Hospital on Thursday 16th January 2020 at 12.00pm for a service at her home In Mbakalo at 2.30pm, and onward overnight vigil.

Church Service will be held on Friday 17th January 2020. From 10:00a.m. Madam Ann will be laid to rest on Saturday 18th January 2020 at her Mbakalo home in Naitiri Location, Tongaren Sub County – Bungoma County.
