Major Robert (Bob) Mumu Ngombwa
It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely death of Major Robert (Bob) Mumu Ngombwa which occurred through a KDF Helicopter crash near Masinga on the 13th July 2020. Until his death, he worked as a Squadron Pilot at Joint Helicopter Command (JHC), Embakasi, and had been deployed to Somalia for African Union Mission (Amisom).The deceased was born on 8th June 1988.
The fourth born child of the late Mrs. Munanu Ngombwa and the late Mr. David Ngombwa Muindu. Husband and a father of three. Brother of Kanyaa, Maundu, Kasyoka and Mwende. Step brother of Ndivo Mbatani. Nephew of Mr. Dickson Mwendwa Munuve, Mr Keegan Musyoka Mumu (CBK), Mrs. Grace Munuve and Mrs. Annah Mutindi Musyoka. Grandson of the late Mumu Kulumba, and Kanyaa Mumu. Cousin of Mutuku, Sgt Mwendwa (Jhc), Kanyaa, Kioko, Mutuku (B), Mwingi, Esther, Mutua, Musili (RAS), Muthisya, Kitunguu, Vaati, Mwende, Kilonzi, and Kasyoki.
The burial ceremony will be held on Wednesday, 22nd July 2020 at his home in Miumbuni Village, Malawa Sub-Location, Wingemi Location, Nuu Ward, Mwingi East Sub — County of Kitui County.

Where do I begin… I miss you cuzo. Today is 3 months since you left to be with the Lord. 2020 is a stormy year but we are holding on to faith and the fact that all things happen for us and are all aligned with the big purpose that God has design for each one of us. I believe you are in a better place Bro. I miss you so much. I pray that God watches over your soul. I pray that God protects your family and everything you deeply cared about. Till we meet again.

Today marks three months since u left…I av been a lot ..life hasn’t been the same…I just wish I had the power to bring you back,I would do it without hesitation but now that I cannot, I only hope that I will learn to accept things the way they are… daughter asks about you almost every day,I find no perfect answer to give her but i only tell her that we will go see you some day..we really miss you Bob..but all in all I need you to be in peace forever…we shall meet again hubby 😭😭😭
