Mother of the late Ken, Winnie, George, Emily, the late Shem, Gladys, Lilian and the late Judy. Daughter in-law of the late Livingstone Okenye and Marcella Okenye of Etago, South Mugirango. Daughter of the late senior Chief Mathayo Ratemo and the late Perpetua Onchere of Nyamache. Sister of Daniel Ratemo, the late Noah, Marko, the late Mwango, Priscilla and Peter. Sister in-law of Hebisiba, Jerusha, Naftal, Milkah, Nehemiah, Daniel, Queen, Peninah, Eucabeth, the late Henry, Esther, Damaris, Joyce, Sophia and Kwamboka. Aunt of Leah, Lydia, Sydney, Sally, Rachel, the Okenyes, Mathayo’s among others. Grandmother of 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The cortege leaves Hema Mortuary today 18th October 2018 for burial at her Matutu settlement scheme home in Borabu division, Nyamira County on Friday 19th October 2018.
