Mama Charity Hellen Kiage
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we the Kiage Family announce the death of our beloved Matriarch mama Charity Hellen Kiage of Karaus Farm, Kesogon, Trans Nzoia County after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was the loving wife of the late Mzee George Kiage. Daughter of the late Simi Nyamache and the late Rebecca Kerubo. Daughter-in-law of the late Ogeto Kiage and the late Florence Nyaboke. Doting mother of Justice Patrick Kiage (Court of Appeal), Prof. Larry Kiage (USA), Catherine Kiage-Jogo, Dr. Beatrice Kiage-Mokua (JKUAT), Jane Kiage-Ouma (USA) and Dr. James Kiage (USA). Mother-in-law of Carol (KWS), Lilian (USA), John, Arch. Wesley (MoW), Dedan (USA), Christabel (USA) and Irene. Sister of Mary, the late Nyakang’o, Henry, Ezekiel, Tom and the late Evans. Sister-in-law of Obiero, Moraa, Mwebi, Zavracli, Teresia, Sorobi, Naomi, Bernard Ogeto, Rael (USA) and Neriah. She was Korera, cousin, aunt and grandmother to many.
There will be a fundraising on Wednesday 17th July 2019 at 5.30 at the Central S D A Church Maxwell.
The funeral service and burial will be on Sunday 21st July 2019 at Karaus-Kesogon, Kitale.
