With heavy hearts, we announce the death of MamaJane Adera Oloo.

Beloved wife of the late Ex- Snr. Chief Lawi Oloo Ochako. Co-wife to Dorine Oloo & Monica Oloo. Loving mother to the late Pamela, Beatrice (Nrb), the late Lina, Caro, Joyce (Nrb), Reuben (Nyakach Girls), Jim (Ksm), Willis (Nkr) & Edwin.

Daughter-in-Law to the late Wilson Ochako Nyaare & the late Bethsheba Nani and Dorcas Awuor. Daughter to the late Zedekiah and Mama Leah Ochondo.

Sister to the lates Hon. Otita, Capt. Jack Otieno, Damar, Hannah & Rosa and Agnes.

Sister-In-law to the late Abednego Abong’o, Peter Otieno, Tshelemiah Oywer, Tom Nyaare, Zadock Ochako, the late James Otieno, Eng. Tom Okoko, Myr Simeon Okoko, Peninah Osano, Elga Ochieng, Ruth Obiero, Naomi Akello, Mary Rabala, the late Achieng, Apondi, the late Grace and Deborah among others.

Grandmother to Ken, Nick, Lydia, Nita, Charity, Viola, Shirley (New Zealand), Ricky (Ad Era Outdoors) Ed, Levi, Joy, Esther, Mike amongst others. Great-grandmum to many. She was a sister, friend, mum, grandma, sister-in-law, aunt and confidant to many.

The cortege leaves Kendu Mission Hospital (Gendia) on Sunday, 11/9/2022 for a night vigil at her home and burial thereafter on Monday, 12/9/2022 at the same venue-Wire Village, Oyugis along Kisumu-Kisii Highway.
