Mama Marianne Okuku Adoyo

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of our beloved Marianne Okuku Adoyo formerly of Central Bank of Kenya Kisumu Branch which occurred on 5th December 2019 at Bama Hospital Siaya.

Daughter of the late Silvanus Adoyo Muganda and Jenipher Agola Adoyo of Uyore village Kakum, Kombewa sub location Alego Siaya. Step daughter of the late Magarita, late Teresa (Nyaboro), Nereah, Dorice and Jecinta Adoyo. Mother of William Odhiambo Musa and Che Ajulu. Sister of the late Vincent, Jossy, Tom, the late David, Peter, Fredrick, Otieno, Anjeline, Nancy, Judith, Everline, Beatrice, Judith, Awuor, Sarah, Colleta and Millicent. Cousin of Jack, Richard, Francis, Richard Odinga, Otolo, Obel, Jenipher, Yuanita, Mary and Teresia. Aunt of Alcock, Akech, Adhiambo, Davina, Noel, Alma, Sophia among others. She was grandmother of Musa, Mike, Jeremy Odhiambo, Naledi, Thabo Atego and Neo Nyesi Ajulu.

The body is lying at Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary, Kisumu. The cortege will leave Aga Khan Hospital mortuary Kisumu on Thursday 19th December 2019 at 10.00 am to Sakwa Abom Village and thereafter there shall be a requiem mass at St. Peters’ Opande Catholic Church Sakwa Abom Village.

Burial and funeral service will take place on 20th December 2019 at her home in Abom Village Sakwa, Bondo Constituency, Siaya County from 9.00 am.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her home in Abom Sakwa for funeral arrangements.
