Mama Martha Kwekwe Ruwa

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Martha Kwekwe Ruwa on 12th January, 2020.

Wife of the late Joseph Ruwa Chiguzo of Maledi Village, Kwale County. Daughter of the late Tsuma wa Tsuma alias Chitosi and the late Nimanzi Gutu of Kambe Jeuri, Kilifi County. Loving mother of Eng. Jacob Ruwa of Kenya Roads Board, Mrs Hellen Chibura, Sospeter Chiguzo of Kisii, Pastor Stanley Chiponda, Mrs Nuru Ali, Mrs Neema Ibrahim and Raymond Mwero. Stepmother of many. Grandmother of Cosmas, Lillian, Peter, Joseph RZ, Joseph RC, Joseph RK, Dr Chidanga, Dr Noreen, Khadijah, Chirunga, Mathew, Nyamawi, Fatuma, Elly, Michael, Mevin, Brian, Elizabeth, Lucinda, Eunice, Nick, Pricilla and Elvira among many others.

Family and friends are meeting at Pandya Hospital at 5.30 pm everyday.

The cortege will leave the Pandya Memorial Hospital Mombasa at 10 am on 17th January 2020 for an overnight stay in her home in Maledi village. Burial will be at Maledi village on Saturday 18th January 2020.
