It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mama Martha Mghoi Mungatana of Ngao Village Tana River, on 2nd January 2021.

Daughter of the late Saulo Kalama Maseghe and Rhoda Maseghe of Weruga, Taita.

Loving wife of the late Kear Onesmo Mungatana.

Mother of Harold Mungatana, Prof. Eric Mungatana, Caroline Mungatana, Hon. Danson Mungatana MGH and Dr. Caesar Mungatana.

Sister of the late Cecilia Wambuga Mwakazi, Victoria Wanjalla, the late Aggrey Maseghe, the late Priscilla Wonge, and the late Jane Mkakina Wabengele. Daughter-in-law of the late Onesmo Mungatana and Naghea Onesmo.

Sister-in-law of the late Lisania Buya, the late Semi Shari, the late Pauline Maneno and Tola Daddah.

In law of the Indimulis, Cheges, Kariukis, Chidzugas, and Gakwelis. Aunty and Grandmother of many.
The cortege will leave Malindi funeral home on Friday 15th January at 3pm. The funeral service will be held at Ngao AIC Church,Tana River on 16th January at 10am and burial thereafter.
