It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved mum, Mrs Theresa Nambuya Butali on Monday 6th July 2020 following an illness bravely borne. She was born in Moding Village, Busia county.

Wife of Bishop Ben Butali of Peace Mercy Foundation Church, Butunde. Daughter of the late Mzee Bonface Kangala & the late Maria Nabwana Kangala. Sister of Bonnie Curem, Kefina Kituyi, the late Patrick Nakhaima, the late Frida Nakhumicha & the late Margaret Nafula. Mother of George Mukalami, Joy Mulunda, Margaret Masha, Joe Butali, Esther Otieno, Emmanuel Wambeo, Jean Khakula & George Bwabi. Mother-in-law of Rev Robin Mulunda, Edward Masha, Mirriam Bwabi, Eric Otieno, Judith lgwo, Pst. Godfrey Ouko, Irene Mukalami and Grace Okwata. Grandmother of 24 grandchildren.

The Cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on Friday 10th July 7AM for Butunde village, Sirisia subcounty, Bungoma County. She will be laid to rest on Saturday 11th July 2020.
