Manazes Lubia Alwenya (Advocate)

It’s with God’s grace that we announce the untimely death of Manazes Lubia Alwenya after a short illness. He was an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, founder and Managing Partner of M L AIwenya & Company Advocates, Mombasa.

Son of the late Yohana Alwenya and late Hannah Ajiambo of Mabusi Settlement Scheme, Kakamega. Husband of Anne Wambui Kamau (formerly of Family Bank Limited Mtwapa). Father of Ainsworth Thea (Nairobi School), Alvin Alwenya (Kiambu High school), Tevin Kamau and Jeanette Wanjiku both of SOS Hermann Gmeiner School.

Brother of Charles, the Late Theodora, Moses, Samuel, Wilson, Simon, Vincent, Kennedy and Fredrick. Step brother of Parick, Joackim, Manaseh, Benard, David, Analis, Florence, Pamela, Gladys, Joseph, George and Fidelis. Uncle of Sylvia, Stephen and Leila Shikuku and many others. Son in-law of Steven Kamau, late Florence Wanjiku and Margaret Kamau. Brother in-law of Mike, Kungu, Mungai, Diana and Allan.

There shall be a Mass at Praise Chapel Mombasa on Wednesday 25.11.2020 at 1.00 m. Thereafter the body leaves Jocham Hospital Mortuary for the funeral service and burial on Friday 27th November, 2020 at the family home, Mabusi Settlement Scheme, Musemwa Sub-location, Kakamega County.
