Margaret Mwenesi Kibisu

1946 – 2021

It is with humble acceptance and Thanksgiving to God that we wish to announce the death of Mama Margaret Mwenesi Kibisu which took place on 18/06/2021 in Soy, Kakamega County .

She was the widow to the late Josiah Kedeng’e Kibisu. A beloved mother to Lillian Kadeiza, Joseph Kibisu, Sammy Kibisu, Charles Beauttah, The late Kennedy Ondego, Victor Kibisu, Journeys Kibisu and Esther Adeya.

Daughter of the late mama Sarah Adeya and baba Ezekiel Begisen. Sister to Edith Imbwaga, Pastor Beatrice Mbaya, John Begisen, Darlene Mise, Fridah Kiarie, Ebby Eyase, Racheal Mbandu, Robert Begisen, Phillis Ombisa and Charles Begisen. Sister-in-law to the lates Samuel Esebwe, Samson Ondego,Joram Lihasi and Enos Agade. Sister-in-law to Ezra lmbwaga, Andrew Mbaya, Kilda Begisen, Edward Mise, Patrick Kiarie, Benson Eyase, Rev Martin Mbandu, Ebby Begisen, Aggrey Ombisa Tabitha Begisen and Mama Rina Ondego.

Cousin to Gladys Aligula, Lydia Ambuli, Henry Mwashi, Abernothy Andolo and many others. She was a grandmother to 21 grandchildren namely Sheila, David, Brenda, Irene, Derick, Joab, Sybil, Eleanor, Jeffrey, Shalom, Barux, Shammah, Sharlene, Yvette, Jayden, Ryvon, Rubin, Ken, Kenneth Kibisu, Avril, Ethan; and 8 great grand children Kayla, Velma, Stacy, Lara, Roy, Eileen, Ramon, Keccy.

The cortege will leave Klpkaren Mortuary on 25/06/2021 at 2pm for a requiem service at her Soy Farm. The burial ceremony will take place on Saturday 26th June, at her farm in Soy, Kakamega County.
