It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Marion Wanjiru Mwai.
Adoring Wife to the Late David Mwai Kamau. Doting Mother to Wairimu Mwai Mumu and Edwin Mumu, Kamau Mwai, Mary Wacuka and John Mutua. Daughter of the Late Hon. Zachariah Kimemia Gakunju and the Late Mary Warurii Gakunju. Daughter-in-Law of the Late Evanson Kamau Munira and the Late Mary Wairimu Kamau.
Sister of Ruth Wanjiku Gakunju, Njeri Gakunju, Timothy Gakunju, Mary Wahu Kimemia and Paul Gatuku Gakunju. Sister-in-Law of Margaret and Lawrence Kamau, the Late Geoffrey Munira and Egla Munira, Elizabeth Wanjiru Kamau Karume, James and Wangari Mwaniki, Grace Wanjiku Kamau, the Late George Mbugua, Jane Wambui Kamau, Albert and Wanjiku Thogo, and Sam and Annie Kamau.
She was blessed with five Grand Children Mueni and Shiro Mumu, Amy, Shiko and Shiro Mutua. A devoted Auntie, Cousin, Friend and Mentor to many.
Prayers and Meetings will be held Daily at 5pm at Her Residence.
The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on 9th February 2018 at 9:00am.
Funeral Service and Burial will take place at her Family Home, Limoro Estate, Kiambu.
Psalm 116: 15. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints.
Pole Edu & Wairimu for the loss of your mum. May you find comfort in the Lord during this difficult time. This too shall come to pass for as scripture says in Eccl. 3:3, there is time for everything. We stand with you during this time.
