Mary Joyce Ciakuthii Nyange

It is with great humility and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved mum, Mary Joyce Ciakuthii Nyange on Friday 27th September, 2019.

Loving wife of Jotham Nyange. Daughter of the late Daniel Kagondu and the late Beatrice Kaguna. Daughter-in-law of the late Laban Murungi and the late Janet Ciamwonge Laban. Beloved mother of the late Gilbert Mukuru, Beatrice Kagendo, Charles Gitonga (Bingwa Msafiri), the late Margaret Karimi,Adiel Nyange (County Police Commander, Nyeri), Erastus Chabari and the late Catherine Kageni. Mother-in-law of the late Leonard Mbabu, Naomi Njeri, Flora Nyange and Priscah Muthoni. Sister of Joyce, Rose, the late Policena, the late Ciamutegi, the late Mbaka, Kaari, the late Kageni, the late Nyaga, and the late Gatakaa. Sister-in-law of the late Kirimo, Simon, the late Yusufu, William, Micheni, Phyllis and Kanyua. She was an aunt, cousin, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Jotham Nyange’s home behind PCEA lkuu Church, Chuka- Igamba N’gombe, Tharaka Nithi County for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Chuka Hospital Mortuary, on Wednesday 9th October, 2019 at 9.00am for a funeral service at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Mwanga. Thereafter, she will be laid to rest at her lkuu home.

Mum, you have fought a good fight, you have finished the race and you have kept the faith. Till we meet again, shine with the Angels. Amen!
