Mary Katee Maweu

It is with great sadness and humble acceptance that we announce the death of Mary Katee Maweu, which occurred on 14th August, 2022 in Athi River.

Loving wife to the late Francis Mutua Maweu. Mother to the late Benedict Mulwa, Major Vincent Maweu (KDF), Immaculate Ndile (Liberty) and Yvonne Mwongeli.

Daughter to the late John Mulwa and the late Angela Mwongeli. Sister to Joseph, the late Tom, Athanas, Peter, the late Sabina, Cecilia, Martin, Bernard, Roman, Fr.Vincent and Ambrose.

Daughter-in-Law to the late Maweu Mutua and Francisca Ndile.

Grandmother to Mutheu, Vincent, Geoffrey, Marimar, Jason and Ethan.

Mother-in-Law to Alice Kioko. Aunt to Margaret, Stella, Sebastian, Mutala and others.

Sister-in-Law to Kasisi, Sabina, Bridget, Peter, Thomas, Boniface, Bernadette, Dormitiia, Philip, Emmaculate, the late Josephat, Jacinta and Caroline.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home in Machakos for home in Makueni County on 27th August, 2022 at 7.00am. The burial ceremony will be held on the same day in Kandulyu village in Kisau Location.
