Rest in Peace Auntie Mary. Mungai.

Soo grateful for the time I spent with you and Uncle Mungai, later on in life. I treasure those moments. Truth is, I wish I had more time.

And if I did , that I would have been able to let you know of how proud I am ; of the fortitude with which you’ve weathered the storms of Uncle Mungai’s departure for the past three years . If only , just to hold on a little longer as the anchor of the beautiful family that you created.

Equally , how much I admire the grace that it must taken to let go , fearful of the removal of the opportunities to demonstrate your love for them , even as you lost the physical power to do so.

I hope as I am sure you believe , your transcendent reunion , enables you to finally rest in peace , safe in the knowledge, that the legacy of your love lives on.

    RIP Auntie Mary

    Waringa
