Mary Rose Miru Karingi  

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mary Rose Miru Karingl, that occurred on 11th May, 2021 at The Mater Hospital.

Daughter of the late Jefitha Karunyu and the late Gladys Karunyu. Wife of Alfred Nthiga Karingi. Loving mother of Wanja Karingi, Muthoni and Willie Kanyeki, Michael Njagi, Nyaga and Yvonne. Doting grandmother of Njambi, Mwendwa, Maina, the late Gabriel, Israel, Jelani, Wawira and Kai.

Sister of Njanga and the late Betha, Gicuku and the late Nyaga Mbarire, Jonah and Nancy, Ali and Doris, Muriuki and Margaret and the late Njagi and Wanjira. Sister-in-law of the late Mbarari and Wambui, the lace Wanjuki & Fred, Ireri and Nyambura, Gicovi and Wanjiru, Wangari and Njeru and Mum, Kivuti and Una.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home, at 8.00am, on Wednesday 19th May 2021. The funeral will be held at ACK St. Marys Ena, at 11.00am and thereafter laid to rest at her Kathamba farm.
