The family of J.D. Kimanzi announces the untimely death of Michael Mwanzia Muthama, which occurred on the 29th of June 2020 while undergoing treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital.

Son of Silvester Muthama and Jackline Mwikali. Brother to Janet Kamene and Mercy Mutheu. Uncle to Kelsie, Muthama and Ethan. Grandson to Late J.D Kimanzi, Agnes Kamene, Cecilia Muli, Late Jonathan Kinyoki and Alice Mbindo. Nephew to Catherine, Angela, Regina (Germany), Kathina, Mwathi, Sue, Jackie (Parliament), Mwende and Maria. Also George, Mathew (KLRC), Musyoka, Mbawa, Emmanuel, Peter, John, Josiah, Jonathan, Pastor Alex and Francis and late Stanislaus, Timothy, Gregory, Martin and Henry. Cousin to Jonathan (USA), Kamesh, Wambui, Linda, Mutethya, Mawia, Brenda, Stacy, Kiara, Nthambi, Patrick, Ndere, Mueni, Kamene, Sandra, Karanja, June, Angel, junior, Maureen, Gregory, Mutheu, Leah, Mwangi, Joy and Jona.

The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Tuesday, 7th July at 7.30 am for service and burial in Mbaa Moki Village, Mutwang’ombe Sub-Location, Mwingi Town, Kitui County.
