It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Milca Mukeni which occurred on 4th November, 2019.

Beloved wife of the late Capt. Philip Makumi. Daughter of the late Wambua Mbondo and the late Mary Nthoki. Sister of the late Anna Matina, the late Martha Mbeleete, Margret Munanie, Esther Mutoto, Tabitha Mbeni, Josephine Musikwa, the late Julius Maweu and the late Mutua. Mother of Seth Kitumi, Rachel Kalendi (KPLC Kitengela), the late Martin Wambua Makumi, Zipporah Mukami (Nakuru) Margret Nthoki Philip (KPLC, Machakos). Sister-in-law of Hellena, the late Kilonzo, the late Envoy Kivungi, the late Kangutu, Musau, the late Alice, the late Esther, the late Kasika, Alice Nzile, Ngina, Ndoti, Ndoko and Grace.

In-law of Joyce Katunge, Nzasu, the late Major Nzioka, Diana Kigumba (USA), Morris Omare (KDF), Mohammed Abdalla (Machakos). Grandmother of Milly, Mukulu, Geofrey, Eric, Miriam, Maxwell, Michael, Mbeleete (ODPP), Marsha, Eugene, Ntome, Kerubo, Mititi, Fabian, Abdillahi, Miraji, Sudi and Sharifah. Great-grandmother of Fortune, Kamare, Mita, Tinega, Saint Damiano, Batuli. Aunt of Ndambuki, Joyce, Mbuvi, Muthoka, Musembi, Daniel, Ngina, among others. In law of the late Mr. the late Mr. & Mrs. ltumange, the late Mr. & Mrs. Okioga & Mrs. Juma.

The cortege leaves Machakos Funeral Home on 14th November 2019 at 8:30am, to her home in Kitaingo location, Mukaa Sub-county, Makueni County, followed by the burial rites, at her farm on the same day.
