It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Milka Waithera Mwangi of Ikumbi village, Kangari location Kigumo sub county, Murang’a county.

Wife of the late Honorable Francis Mwangi Thuo, former MP Kigumo constituency. Daughter of the late Gachigi Gichini and the late Loise Njeri Gachigi. Sister of the late Florah Wanjiku, the late Agnes Wairimu, the late Karanja Gachigi and Mary Wambui of Kirere village.

Mother of John Mbugua, Peter Gachigi, the late Jacinta Njeri Muturi, Anne muthoni Njoroge, Raphael Gichohi, Patrick Karanja, Mary Wambui Wakahu and Jane wairimu Thuo. Mother-in-law of Mary Mbugua, Lydia Gachigi, ENG. Peter Muturi Kanyugi, James Karanja (Baba Ben), Anne Gichohi, Agnes Karanja and Wakahu Mbugua Advocate.

Grandmother of Joan Wairimu, Ben Karanja among many others. Great grandmother of Dahlia Muthoni among others.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University funeral home on Thursday 16th April 2020 at 7:00am for Funeral service and burial at her home in Ikumbi village.
