It is with humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of Moffat Muriuki Mbutu, on Friday 17th May 2019, who until his death was the Sales & Marketing Manager at Kapari Limited.

Son of Martin Mbutu Murianguru and Nancy Wambui Mbutu. Husband of Edith Wangui (ZETECH University). Doting father of Jordin Wambui Muriuki and Jarvin Mbutu Muriuki. Brother of Purity Njeri, Moses Muriithi, Michael Munene (KAWU), Misheck Maina, Mark Murimi, Mathew Mwaura, Perpetual Muthoni (National Police Service), the late Zablon Maina, Gilbert Murimi (Nanak Transporters K. Ltd) and Fridah Nyawira (KWS). Cousin of Robert ltunyo (ISUZU East Africa Ltd), James Maina (Karatina Hospital) among others. Uncle and Grandfather of many. Son-in-law of Titus Muthike and Nancy Muthike. Brother-in-law of Risper Nyawira (KCB), Simon Wachira, Peter Nguri and Charity Muthoni.

Friends and family are meeting daily at the All Saints Cathedral Nairobi from 5.30pm and at their Kianjogu rural home for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home, Kutus, on Saturday 25th May, 2019 at 8.30am for the burial at Kianjogu Village- Kandongu, Mwea- Kirinyaga County.
