Monica Syonguthi Mbwika

It is with great shock but with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs. Monica Syonguthi Mbwika.

Wife of the late Mr. Jackson Mbindyo Mbwika of Kivani, Makueni County. Mother to Prof. Jeremiah Nduva Mbindyo, Dr. Regina Munyiva Mbindyo, Dr. Ruth Mumo Omungo, Judy Nzula Kalinga, Faith Muthoki Sibairo, Mercy Mumbua Mbindyo and Benta Mwongeli Mbindyo.

Mother-in-law to Dr. Margaret Mbindyo, Ven. Canon Joshua Omungo, Rev. Judah Kalinga and Andrew Sibairo.

Sister to John Wambua and Paul Kimondiu and the late Lois Ndunda, Martha Nzioki, Solomon Kiilu, Sarah Munguti and Esther Ngenyi.

Grandmother to Anne Khwerula, Andrew Mwololo, Emmanuel Akhaukwa, Jesse Muuo, Patience Anekea, Joy Ugochi, Joshua Kelechi, Nathan Mbindyo, Gloria Ndunge, Faraja Sirenda, Fanaka Sihanwa and Rosette Mutheu.

Family and friends are meeting at ACK St. Marks, Westlands on Wednesday 1st March – Friday 3rd March 2023 and Wednesday 8th March 2023 at 5:45pm.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday 5th March, 2023 at the same venue at 3.00pm.

She will be laid to rest on Saturday 11th March, 2023 at the family home in Kyandumbi Village, Kivani Sub-location, Kaiti Sub-county, Makueni County.
