Moses Mathenge Kariuki

We regret to announce the death of the Late Moses Mathenge Kariuki on 31/10/2017 after a short illness.

Husband of Albina Wanjiru Mathenge. Son of the late Samuel Kariuki Kinyua (HABA) and the late Roda Murugi. Son-in-law of the late Paul Kihara and the late Elizabeth Nyaguthii. Brother of the late Grace Wambui, the late Timothy Muthui, the late Simon Kahihia Kariuki, Wilson Wambugu and the late James Kibuthu. Brother-in-law of Teresia Njeri, the late Andrew Gatubiri and Philip Muthee. Father of the late John and Ziphorah Kariuki, David and Margret Kihara, the late Francis Muthui, Wilfred and the late Hilda Gatubiri, Lucy Murugi, Silas and Mary Muthee, Grace and Raphael Muthike, Michael and Ann Macharia, Mary and Robert Karume. Grandfather of Moses, Albina, Peter, Paul, Purity, Steve, Victor, Moses, Silvia, Synthia, Sharon, Patience, Abigael, Eric, Venesa, Samantha and Emmanuel. Great grandfather of Rodgers and Steve among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 5:00 p.m at his home in Matakari Embu Town, Open View Restaurant Malindi, Siakago and Poshy Hotel Tala Town for prayers and burial arrangements. The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral home on Friday 10th November, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. The service and burial will follow at his farm at Kanyariri Village Kiamuringa Location Embu County at 11:00 am the same day.
