It is with the humble submission of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on of our beloved Mr Augustine Pkemoi Polokou on Wednesday 22nd May, 2019 through a tragic road accident in Eldoret.

He was our Branch Manager, Transnational Bank, Iten.
Husband to Dorcas Lorete, Father to Caren Cheyech (School of Medicine. UON), Cynthia Cherotich (USIU) and Carson Rutto (Moi High School, Kabarak).

We, the Transnational Bank Family, remember him as an intelligent, humble, respectful and highly engaging colleague.

He was a go-getter with boundless energy and total dedication to work. He never shied away from taking on a challenge with such incredible modesty and humour.
We have lost a friend in Polokou.

He leaves a legacy of a brave banker, a great Family man and a mentor to many. The body leaves Eldoret Hospital on Tuesday 4th June, 2019 and will be laid to rest on Wednesday 5th June, 2019 at his Karas Home, West Pokot County.
