It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing away in Nairobi, Kenya on Monday 24th February 2020 of Mr. Kanji Damji Pattni, Victoria Commercial Bank’s long-standing patriarch who guided our institution from its founding years to date.

Husband to Jayaben Kanji Pattni; Father to Arvind Kanji Pattni (Perth, Australia) and Yogesh Kanji Pattni (Nairobi, Kenya), Father-in-Law to Indira Arvind and Azmina Yogesh; Brother to Late Chhotalal Damp Pattni, Late Prabhudasbhai Damp Pattni, Navinbhai Damp Pattni, Rameshbhai Damji Pattni, Late Jayaben Popatlal Virp, Late Manjuben Amratlal, Kokilaben Amratlal, Induben Jethalal, Jasuben Champaklal, Pravinaben Jayantilal and Nileshvariben Harish, Brother-in-law to Late Jasuben Chhotalal, Shobhaben Prabhudas, Ranjanben Navinchandra and Murliben Ramesh, and Grandfather to Shrikesh Arvind and Celine Shirikesh (Amsterdam), Siddharth Arvind (Perth), Surat Yogesh, Sonia Yogesh and Aryaan Yogesh
