It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mr Shantilal Raichand Jethalal Gudka (Gaam- Navagam) on Wednesday 1st April 2020 in Nairobi, Kenya.

He was Son of Late Mr. Raichand Jethalal Gudka and Late Mrs. Lilaben Raichand Gudka.

He was Son-in-Law of Late Ramji Khimji Shah and Late Mrs. Kankuben Ramji Khimji Shah (Mombasa).

He was Husband of Mrs Hansa Shantilal Gudka.

He was Father of Elesh Shantilal Gudka (UK), Late Divya Kamal Shah (UK) and Harshit Shantilal Gudka (Nairobi).

He was Father-in-Law of Trushit Elesh Gudka (UK), Kamal (Kuku) Hansraj Shah (UK) and Deepa Harshit Gudka (Nairobi). He was Grandfather of Jhanvi & Keyur, Paras & Maya, Nishal & Aysha and Aman & Avia.

He was Brother of Late Keshavlal Gudka, Late Gulabchand Gudka, Sobhagchand Gudka, Pushpa Bhupendra Shah (UK), Prabha Pravin Shah, Dilip Raichand Gudka and Kala Kanti Shah (UK).

He was Brother-in-Law of Late Maniben Keshavlal, Ranjanben Gulabchand, Late Sushilaben Sobhagchand, Bhimji Bhagwanji (UK), Late Pravin, Shobha Dilip, Kanti Premchand (UK), Jayanti & Sumitraben (Sumi) (Mombasa), Champa Ottamchand (UK), Viju & Ratilal, Kala & Jayendra (UK), Ashok & Nilam (UK) and Late Vipin Ramji Khimji.

He was Uncle of Madhu Pankaj, Bina Kanti, Vinay Chandni, Sandeep Nita, Sangita Satyan, Binita Ashit, Bansi Shailin, Jyoti Nailesh, Heena Bijal, Bijal, Aparna, Ameet Mijal, Kamal, Vijen, Hemal, Suchita, Anjali, Ajay, Sujay, Nitesh, Nira, Bhupen, Preyesh, Bhavin, Mitul, Hemal, Jatin and Sawan.

The cortege will leave from Batu Hill Apartments on Batu Batu Road, Parklands, on Thursday 2nd April 2020 at 12.00 noon and cremation will take place at the Hindu Smashan Bhumi, Kariokor at 12.30pm.

There will be no Prayer Meeting held due to the current pandemic situation and as per the Government Directives.
