It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu James Muriuki Wathiaka of Hiriga village, Nyeri County on 3rd July 2020 at Tumutumu hospital.

Beloved husband of Mwalimu Gladys Gathoni Muriuki. Father of Njonjo Muriuki (Tumutumu) David Muriu, Joseph Ngamau (Murengeti pry.), Anne Wangui (Vet. Tigoni), Shelmith Mugure( Mutuini pry), Elizabeth Nyawira (Safaricom), and Ephantus Kahariri (KCB Gigiri). Father-in-law of Natalie Oriko, Godfrey Kimita, Nderitu Ndirangu, late Mwiti Kanga,and Hellen Ngumo. Grandfather of Gladys Muthoni, Vanessa, Olivia, Derrick, Shirleen, Catherine, Gladys Nderitu, Harvey, Carren, Alvin and Stephanie.

The cortege leaves PCEA Tumutumu hospital mortuary at 8.an), for burial at his home in Chieni sub location at 10am on Thursday 9th July 2020
