Mwalimu John Clement Mwaura Mukuru

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu John Clement Mwaura Mukuru, previously of Gatanga and Ithang’arari Primary Schools. He hails from Kiahiti, Ithang’arari, Gatanga sub-county.

Son of the late Erastus Mukuru Njuguna and Priscilla Karungari Mukuru. Brother of Esther Wambui and the late Edward Njuguna and Stephen Njubi. Son in law of the late Kang’ethe Mukui and Damaris Wambui of Kihumbu-ini. Beloved husband of Charity Mumbi. Father of Alice Mugo, Thomas Mukuru, Salome Mureithi, Geoffrey Kang’ethe, Gabriel Njuguna, Esther Maina, Joyce Gathiru and Stephen Njubi. He was Father in law, grandfather, cousin, uncle, nephew and friend to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home at Kiahiti, Ithang’arari and Tumaini House, 5th floor, Nairobi for burial arrangements, planned for Thursday, June 13, 2019.
